You did such a wonderful job at getting everything and everyone in order. The food looked spectacular and it tasted amazing too ... your staff were amazing at serving us and you helped to make it run so smoothly. I laugh now as I think of my poor parents running around on the morning of the wedding with no helium for the balloons... thank you again for being the 'knights in shining armour' to sort that one out too!
