Bookings

Provisional bookings will be held in our diary for the one calendar month, pending receipt of your completed booking form and deposit. During this period, should anyone else ask about the date in which you are interested, we will contact you straight away and ask you if you wish to confirm your booking and to forward your deposit within 48 hours.

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to confirm the date of your event. Three months prior to it, a further deposit is required; this brings the balance to 50% of the estimated total booking value (including any food and beverage packages).

We ask that you kindly settle the remaining balance within 30 days from receipt of the final invoice.

Payments may be paid by cheque (made payable to Sparsholt College Hampshire), cash, credit/debit card (except AmEx), or bank transfer.
