Silver Starters

• Seasonal melon and orange cocktail laced with Grand Marnier 
• Trout fillet served on a bed of fresh green beans, sweet potato, peas and olives, bound with a light mayonnaise
• Rustic country paté served with redcurrant glaze and granary bread
• Bacon, lettuce and tomato salad, with a soft boiled duck egg, served on a bed of mixed leaves with croissant croutons
• Trio of roasted tomatoes on bruschetta, served with a micro herb salad and crème fraîche (v)

Gold Starters

£6.50 per person

• Trio of smoked fish served with a micro herb salad, beetroot and crème fraîche a bed of fresh
• Classic prawn cocktail with a twist
• Lemon and tarragon smoked chicken with a red chard salad

Soups

• Spicy butternut squash soup served with cheese and paprika flatbread (v)
• Carrot and orange soup, topped with crème fraîche and carrot crisps (v)
• Cream of Hampshire watercress soup with cracked black pepper croutons (v)
