Bronze Mains

- Hampshire trout and spinach fish cake, served with a warm lemon and yoghurt dressing
- Corn fed chicken breast wrapped with prosciutto, served with a creamy wild mushroom, sage and baby leek sauce
- Summer vegetable risotto with parmesan crisps and a red pesto (v)
- Homemade ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, served with a tomato and basil dressing and fresh parmesan (v)
- Roasted baby vegetable tarte with red onion marmelade (v)
Silver Mains
£16.50 per person
- Chargrilled pork loin chop on a bed of crushed potato, served with an apple, wholegrain mustard and Madeira sauce
- Roast Hampshire turkey with port and leek chipolatas, lemon, sage and chestnut stuffing and a fresh cranberry jus
- Hampshire trout fillet with a pinenut and basil crust on a bed of dauphinoise potatoes
Gold Mains
£17.50 per person
- Salmon lattice filled with chestnut, mushroom and tarragon, served with watercress sauce and baby new potatoes
- Roast rib of beef, served with Yorkshire pudding, traditional roasted potatoes and gravy
- Hampshire venison pot roasted with root vegetables and served with a rich port and thyme gravy
- French trimmed rack of lamb on fondant potato, served with a redcurrant and port jus*
