I wanted to write myself and tell you how much we enjoyed our Wedding day and much of that was down to the happy reception held at Sparsholt. You did such a wonderful job at getting everything and everyone in order. The food looked spectacular and it tasted amazing too ... your staff were amazing at serving us and you helped to make it run so smoothly. I laugh now as I think of my poor parents running around on the morning of the wedding with no helium for the balloons... thank you again for being the 'knights in shining armour' to sort that one out too! It was so important to Mum in particular that everything was just perfect, thanks for your part in that.

Right from the start of planning [my 40th birthday celebration] I have been impressed by the professionalism and flexibility of you and your team. The Cobbett's dining room looked spectacular, as did the Gilbert White room used for the ceremony. The food at the wedding breakfast and evening buffet was all delicious.
